Helena Amos
Specialist Occupational Therapist
Helena is a dedicated and passionate occupational therapist who has worked in older adult rehabilitation of those with a range of physical and mental health issues for the NHS and Private settings for over 12 years.
​
She supports adults across the North West with their rehabilitation goals around managing daily tasks, memory, fatigue and falls focusing on promoting independence and confidence.
​
Known for her friendly yet professional approach, Helena also offers expert home adaptation and equipment assessments offering expert solutions and advice to enhance safety, comfort and wellbeing.
​
She has a First Class Honors Degree in Occupational Therapy and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT).​
All therapists are registered with the ICO fully insured and are enhanced DBS Checked.

Their innovative 360Reflux program also addresses the musculoskeletal and postural factors contributing to digestive conditions like GERD and hiatus hernia.
